Questions

What counts as a click?

Each time someone taps one of your Smart Links, whether it opens your app directly or goes to the website or app store. When that person then installs and opens your app, the deferred link isn't counted as a second click.

What happens if I go over my click limit?

Your links keep working. We never break a live link. Your dashboard will show that you're over the limit and ask you to upgrade.

When does my click count reset?

On the first day of each calendar month.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes, any time from your dashboard. If you switch between paid plans, we charge or credit you the prorated difference. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and then your account moves to the Free plan.
